Eat drink las Vegas–for less

This weekend I went to las Vegas with my fiancé and we spent the majority of time in the HRH Hotel- which is the all suites portion of the hard rock. These are my travel secrets!!

Hotel: it was the mystery hotel on bookit.com so it was less than $300 for two days and an all suites experience!

Food: we ate at 2 restaurants in the hotel. Johnny Smalls for 15.99 a person all you can eat tapas, and 35 steak and martinis-the newest addition to the hard rock family.

Things I recommend at Johnny smalls are the PB & J and the lettuce cups. Oh and these are American tapas-which translates to small food you might eat at a carnival….

At 35 Steak & Martini’s I had a travelzoo voucher, so for 99$ we had a 3 course dinner with a bottle of wine!
The only thing is that you have to swallow your pride and say the word travelzoo….I wish it could be called anything else! Nothing can be classy with the word zoo!

Spa: once again travelzoo kept some money in my wallet. $75 dollars for a facial AND massage! The reliquary spa at the hard rock is fantastic and has co-ed roman baths.

Drinks: I’m not a hard alcohol drinker…but at 3$ a shot it’s hard to pass up. I tried Honey Jack Daniels for the first time and wont have any other Jack Daniels again. It tastes like sweet honey, until it reaches your stomach and sends tingles down your spine. My fiancé had a Gentlemens Jack–which is all tingles!

I give the HRH Suites 8 stars out of 10 and will definitely go back.
