Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and whether or not you’re tethered to another human on this Hallmark holiday you should make it your business to eat your heart out all over Los Angeles for as little as you can! Planning to stay home? Start with my first suggestion!
Your Living Room
Although a bottle of tequila and loads of chocolate might sound like the stuff of bad rom-coms, I urge you to treat this Valentine’s Day 2017 as a chance to give yourself only the best!
Sweeten your evening with the Gold Origin Collection Set
($48) from LetterPress Chocolate
featuring four different bars of chocolate with such flavors as the Marañón Peru 70% Dark Bar,
a Letterpressed insert to walk you through the process, and a gold stamp with a 2017 Special Edition mark to commemorate your experience 🙂
Now to steam things up a bit, sip on a smoky and sweetly herbal Tres Papalote Mezcal
($60 a bottle) distilled from the wild cupreata agave plant and handcrafted by a Maestro Mezcalero. Don’t want to take my word for it? Well it’s also been given the Cheech Marin seal of approval who not only partnered with the company but helped adapt the bottle design.
