Where to get Free Coffee on National Coffee Day in Los Angeles!

You might be over the National Food Holidays of 2023, but getting FREE coffee on National Coffee Day is too hot to pass up! Here are a few options you can pour over in your brain for Friday, September 29th, and the days preceding it.

Wendy’s (Various)

Wendy’s is celebrating National Coffee Day from September 25th through October 1st (which is International Coffee Day too).

Guests can enjoy a 99¢* Hot or Cold Small Coffee which even extends to their Pumpkin Spice Frosty Cold Cream Brew. You can find the deal in the Offers section on their Rewards app or visit the website.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Various)

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is celebrating its 60th anniversary by giving away Free Coffee for a Year! Beginning on National Coffee Day, guests can enter to win on the Rewards App. One lucky winner will win Free Drinks for a year, and 60 will win Free Drinks for the Rest of 2023.

Entries happen automatically with every purchase made on the Rewards App. The contest runs from September 29th to October 31st.

Also available for National Coffee Day is a FREE 3 oz Etched Espresso Cup with Saucer for each bag of coffee you purchase on their website from 9/29-9/30. No code is necessary, just add one cup per bag purchased, and they will take care of the rest. Shipping is free over $75.

Dunkin’ Donuts (Various)

Dunkin is celebrating by rewarding their Dunkin’ Rewards members. Make any purchase through the app, and you can get a FREE medium hot or iced coffee. They’ve also been running a FREE COFFEE Mondays Promotion for September, so you can also score a free cup on Monday, September 25th.

As part of National Coffee  Day 2023, Dunkin’ is collaborating with the Little Words Project, where they’ve created four bracelets with messaging like “Eat the Donut” and “Cafecito Time.” These will be available for purchase on the Little Words website beginning September 29th

Laidrey Coffee Roasters (Encino, Tarzana)

Hip Valley coffee shop Laidrey Coffee Roasters will be offering guests FREE Drip Coffee from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on September 29th, 2023. Trust me, this isn’t your ordinary drip.

The Encino location is home to the Latte Bowl pictured below, which features a Cinnamon Sugar Bread Bowl lined with Dark Syrup and filled with Roasted Espresso.

Krispy Kreme (Various)

Krispy Kreme is celebrating with a Free Medium Hot or Iced Coffee, and you don’t even need to make a purchase to enjoy it! This also extends to the new line of coffee they just launched a few weeks ago.

Also included is a $2 Dozen Offer on Original Glazed when you purchase a dozen.

You’ll feel like a kid again!

Klatch Coffee (Pasadena, Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga)

While this isn’t a free coffee offer, there’s never been a better time to talk about this clutch coffee subscription that’s available when you’re in a pinch because it doesn’t even need a coffee maker!! Klatch Coffee works similarly to a tea bag, so all you need is hot water and one of their single-serve steep packs for an extremely rich cup of java. If you’re a fan of traditional coffee, though, they also sell beans as well.

They have a multitude of varietals, and you can find your favorite using their online quiz (mine is Lion’s Pride Blend with notes of heirloom tomato, lemon, and pear).

For National Coffee Day, I recommend finding your favorite brew here or stopping by one of their locations in Southern California, like Pasadena.
