Preview dinners begin tonight at Chi Lin on Sunset where the natural and metropolitan world collide!
Signature dishes include the Maine Lobster Cantoness Xiong-Tong, and a Seared A-5 Japanese Wagyu New York served with chef’s special Xo sauce. Also not to be missed are the Leaves of Wild Yam in Lemon Zest which are the dark green leaves of wild yam lightly sautéed with ginger and garlic, sprinkled with lemon zest, and topped with honey glazed yam cubes.
