5 Healthy Hacks to Change your Life!
Life is all about balance! So, for every French fry you’re dipping in mayonnaise, ideally, there should be a triceps dip in the gym! Personally, I get SOOOO overwhelmed with all the healthy + earth-saving things I should be doing; so I’ve come up with a list of my 5 healthy hacks to change your life that won’t drive you insane while you’re doing them!!!

Eat Organic Produce
Eating organic all the time can be hard unless someone is doing the work for you! I started ordering from Farm Fresh to You so I could still get the good stuff from the farmer’s market, but without the work of dragging my toddler through all the stalls. Best of all you can customize the boxes based on what you like and it’s from LOCAL farms!
The price starts at $37 for a box for 2-4 people, and that includes delivery! I dare anyone to get out of the farmers’ market for less than $40!

Wear Better Shoes
Do you feel guilty every time you buy a new pair of shoes? Well not anymore! Rothy’s are made from RECYCLABLE PLASTIC and they are adorable to “boot”.
They specialize in an array of closed-toe beauties in more colors than I have outfits to match; and the price averages about $125 with FREE shipping and returns. They have also expanded to men’s shoes and bags for all.
Before you buy your first pair though know that they always run a half size smaller than usual (so go big) and get started with this link

Drink Better Caffeine
I am a caffeine junkie, but the mission statement behind MUD/WTR was enough to have me rethinking my next sip. I love coffee enough to remain on the hamster wheel of life: caffeine, come down, restless sleep, repeat…but what if there was another way? MUD/WTR is an organic mushroom coffee that promises more energy, better gut health, fewer jitters, and improved focus. Isn’t it worth a walk on the mud path for a change?
There are flavors outside of Coffee including Matcha and Turmeric – which has no caffeine at all. Currently, you can take advantage of special pricing that offers 43% off, or about a $1 a serving, plus freebies like a Frother, a Mindfulness App subscription, and Discounted Refills. This is a lifestyle choice after all.

Boost Brain Power
I’m obsessed with coffee, but what do you do when it’s 3 p.m., and you’re hitting a wall and it’s too late for that hot jolt? Reach for some Organic Greens, of course!
ORAC Energy Greens is 100% plant based and loaded with adaptogens. Best of all, the cost is $49.99 for 60 servings!
You can also expect improved focus and a boost to your immune system. I actually like to mix a scoop of it with coconut chia seed pudding to create an explosion of healthy superpowers that doubles as a dessert.
Eat Smarter Candy
Ok, so ideally you aren’t eating ANY candy, but sometimes we all need a little something to take the edge off. I’ve always been a Sour Patch Kids kind of girl myself, so imagine my delight when I found a healthy swap with half the calories and 21 grams less sugar!
The Smart Sweets brand specializes in plant-based gummies with no artificial sweeteners that promise just 3 grams of sugar FOR A WHOLE BAG! Some flavors are hit and miss (like Sweet Fish, which tastes nothing like Swedish Fish), but the Sour Blast Buddies flavor is an amazing substitute for Sour Patch Kids.
I got it at Whole Foods for just $2.50 a bag, but you can also order in bulk from Thrivemarket!

So to Review!!
1. Eat Organic Produce
2. Wear Eco-Friendly Clothing
3. Drink Better Caffeine
4. Boost Brain Power with Supergreens
5. Eat Smarter Candy

Transforming your life through healthy habits doesn’t require drastic changes—small, consistent tweaks can yield significant results. Start by **prioritizing hydration**; drinking water first thing in the morning kickstarts your metabolism and keeps you energized. Next, **incorporate movement into your daily routine**, whether it’s a 10-minute walk, stretching, or taking the stairs. **Meal prepping** ensures you have nutritious options readily available, reducing the temptation to opt for unhealthy choices. **Prioritize sleep** by establishing a consistent bedtime routine to improve recovery and mental clarity. Finally, **practice mindfulness** through deep breathing or short meditation sessions to reduce stress and enhance focus. These simple hacks, when practiced regularly, can lead to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle
