Red O Street Food Social Hour
Nothing is more fun than drinks on Cinco de Mayo, and with Red O’s new Social Hour menu it’s like that every day!
The Street Food Social Hour offers menu favorites created by Chef Rick Bayless, but at a discounted price and happy hour size!
My cocktail recommendation is the Alarcran Cocktail. It features Sauza Tequila, Veev Acai spirit, and Serrano infused syrup. The top of the glass is also lined with a sweet chili flavored salt that literally left me eating the cup.
The food menu offers an array of tasty ceviches, but if you only order one dish, make it the street food trio.
The trio plate offers smoked chicken taquitos, Mexico-city style corn masa quesadillas, and last but certainly not least, sweet plantain sopes. For those of you who don’t speak Rick Bayless, Mexico-city style quesadillas are sweet cheese quesadillas, and sweet plantain sopes are banana tarts from heaven!
Social Hour happens from 4-6pm, 5 nights a week , on your choice of the outdoor patio or the Tequila Lounge.
So rain or shine, there’s no excuse not to be social!
