The Most Delicious Food Pop-Ups in Los Angeles right now

Pop-ups, ghost kitchens, whatever you like to call them, the rise of the home chef and culinary artist daring to dream has been one of the best outcomes of the pandemic. As a result, we have some pretty awesome and trendy food pop-ups in Los Angeles right now. And not having a brick-and-mortar restaurant is actually part of the appeal.

Little Fish x Ginza Nishikawa at Melody Wine Bar (Virgil Village)

For two nights only, Little Fish will be popping up at Melody Wine Bar, crafting tasty treats like Cheezy Crab Toast featuring Ginza Nishikawa’s Japanese Shokupan. If you’ve never had shokupan, it’s like the most elevated white bread in the world!

Other menu items of note include Potato Dumpling with snap peas and trout roe and their famed Fried Fish Sandwich with striped bass and American cheese, of course.

Melody Wine Bar is located at 751 N Virgil Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90029, and the pop-up is on Thursday, April 6th, and Friday, April 7th, from 5 to 10 p.m.

This event is walk-in only.

EGGO x Johnny Rockets (Various)

America’s favorite home toaster waffle is finally collaborating on what is probably America’s favorite sandwich. For a limited time only, stop into Johnny Rockets for a Fried Chicken and Waffle Sandwich featuring Eggo Waffle buns, crispy chicken strips, bacon, and a sweet syrup drizzle.

Pair that with one of their new shakes in Vanilla or Mocha Iced Coffee flavors, and you’ve got a good start to your day – any time of day.

This pop-up collaboration ends on April 30th, 2023.
