The origins of the Margarita cocktail are widely debated, but L.A. has undoubtedly made it feel like it was invented here. Your next olé is just a sip away! Here’s where to celebrate National Margarita Day in Los Angeles, which falls on Sunday, February 22nd this year.

Tacolina (Silverlake)
This Baja-inspired restaurant is hot on the Silverlake scene, and the ambiance is on point for some serious Margaritas. Prices begin at $13 for Frozen and $14 for most other creations. For National Margarita Day, they will be offering $10 Classic Margaritas all day, as well as a $50 Golden Cadillac Margarita for the real jefes. If your day turns into night, be sure to visit their sister speakeasy next door called The Jaguar Room.
Tacolina is open from brunch to dinner, while The Jaguar Room is best for nighttime.

Descanso (Mid-Wilshire)
This Michoacán kitchen in the heart of Los Angeles has undergone some major menu upgrades this month. Exclusively for National Margarita Day, they are rewarding you for savoring those cocktails. Purchase two and enter the Lotería to win prizes such as a Free Elote Asado, Dessert, and Margarita perks.

Casa Vega (Sherman Oaks)
An institution since 1956, Casa Vega has been famous for its margaritas. I can’t think of a better spot to savor National Margarita Day than in one of the first spots to be serving them.
Unfortunately, no deals are available on Sunday, but they always serve $12 Margaritas on Monday. If you can save your fiesta for one day.

Viceroy Santa Monica (Santa Monica)
Take your love for Margaritas to the next level with a Cocktail-Making Class led by the Viceroy’s expert mixologists. You’ll learn about the variety of Margarita-making styles and get to play around with your own signature flavors. Reserve your spot here. The class takes place from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 22nd, for $44.52 a person. You can also check out Happy Hour right after :).

Charcoal Venice (Venice)
Margaritas don’t have to mean Mexican food. Chef Josiah Citrin’s Charcoal Venice is your neighborhood barbecue spot, specializing in meat, oysters, and veggies cooked over an outdoor fire. Visit during their Evening Glass Off from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and get the Midnight Margarita with El Charro Tequila, charcoal, and lime for just $12!
