Here’s what to Eat at the Crypto.com Arena

The Crypto.com Arena, formerly Staples Center, has been undergoing renovations since 2022, and plans are to be almost completed by the summer of this year. Fans can expect brand new LED screens and ribbon boards in the arena space, an upgraded Impact Sports Bar & Grill, a gorgeous new Delta 360 Club for season ticket holders and VIPs, and some innovative changes to how the rest of us are going to get our concessions. Here’s what to eat at the Crypto.com Arena for the 2024 season.

What’s Newish in Food for the Crypto Arena

Los Angeles-born and bred Dirt Dog is taking up some major real estate at the Crypto.com arena. You’ll find them on the main concourse in sections 102 and 103. Must-haves include the Elote Dog with corn, cotija cheese, and bacon bits and the House Dog with bell peppers, house sauce, bacon bits, and all the condiments you’re used to. Snacks like French Fries and Popcorn are also available, as well as Draft Beer

Salt & Char is your home for Burgers, Fries, and Shakes, and it’s located in Sections 114 and 301.

2023 saw the appearance of Fryline on the City View Terrace, which offers an outdoor patio with views of downtown Los Angeles. This is where you can enjoy some Corn Dogs and Funnel Cake along with that skyline.

The Impact Sports Bar & Grill is open to season ticket holders for games and the masses for concerts and events.

Menu choices I’m most excited about include Coca-Cola Braised Beef Sliders with crispy onions and pickle chips, Pork Belly Confit Tacos, and Loaded Fries with either braised beef or BBQ chicken. Vegetarian options include Garlic and Regular Fries, as well as Vegetarian Tacos with a chipotle black bean base and aji sauce. They’ve also go great Premium cocktails.

Lastly, the days of waiting in line for your snacks and drinks are over! Two new Amazon grab-and-go locations with walk-out technology are now open, and it’s mind-boggling for a first-timer. All you need to enter the Bud Light Seltzer or Michelob Ultra Markets on the main concourse is a credit card, and then about a hundred cameras watch your every move until you exit.

There is no checking out or receipt – unless you want one. Cameras can even recognize when you walk in with a group and can track if your kiddo grabs a bag of Cheetos from the bottom shelf. Does this mean that underage drinkers can go grab and go crazy? Thankfully humans will still be on the other side as you exit to ID if you look under 35.

Blaze Pizza is still proudly on fire in Section 109 in the main concourse. It’s a taste of the familiar and offers four different types of pie for less than $20, from Simple to Veggie Supreme.

You can also treat yourself to some fast-casual food from one of the great Michelin-starred chefs of Los Angeles when you visit Ludo Bird in section 119 from Chef Ludo Lefebvre. The menu offers a variety of Ludo Sandwiches in dark and white meat, and there’s even a plant-based one on the menu that promises to taste as good as the original.

You’ll also Ludobab right next door, which is the chef’s take on Mediterranean cuisine, with Pita Sandwiches and Salads.

There’s also a Centurion® Suite By American Express, which is slightly more accessible because all Centurion or Platinum cardholders can enter. You’ll experience benefits similar to those of an airport lounge, like two free drinks and 10% off concessions. It can be found on Premium Level B.

What’s the Best food at the Crypto.com Arena?

The hot dogs from Dirt Dog are classic L.A. with tastes like Elote Dog and the House Dog. You also can’t go wrong with the Chicken Sandwich options on Ludobird.
