The Culinary Program
James Beard Award-winning chef Suzanne Goin and restaurateur Caroline Styne (A.O.C.) are curating the entire food show for the eleventh year in a row. So that means delicious California-inspired dining and fresh, local produce. Dining options at The Hollywood Bowl include three sit-down restaurants, multiple marketplaces, and street-food-style kiosks – including the return of the Burrito Kiosk. 2026 has FOUR new Picnic-Style Boxes as well as Family-Style Dining in the box seats.

Supper in your Box Seats
Available to order for box-seat ticket holders, you can place the order as late as 6 p.m. the day before and have the food delivered right to you. You can order à la carte or enjoy a full three-course meal or a Family-Style Dinner that’s delivered right to you. The best part about this is that after your meal is enjoyed, the table is put away so you can watch the show in your comfy canvas seats (most of the Bowl is backless). Two glasses of water are also included.

Even if you’ve dined before, you’ll see that items have been updated in the familiar names. The Mulholland Drive three-course menu has switched from a Chopped Salad to a Fatoush, then offers your choice of Slow-Roasted Salmon with Turmeric-Spiced Carrots or Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Potato Purée. Dessert is also new, a Bittersweet Chocolate Torta with whipped cream and cookie crumble.
and toasted coconut ($90-100).

Other new 3-course dinners include The 101, which begins with a brand new salad of Arugula, Stone Fruit, Spanish goat cheese, Honey, and Marcona Almonds. Entree choices include The Devil’s Chicken or Trenne Alla Putanesca, followed by Ricotta Cheesecake with Summer Strawberries ($72).
Family-style dining options include Piri Piri Chicken for Two, which is a whole herb-roasted Petaluma chicken with multiple side dishes and dessert, and a BBQ in your Box for Two (Both $160 for 2 Guests).

For the 2026 season, à la carte options have been updated, like Chicken Paillard with Cornbread Stuffing being replaced by The Devil’s Chicken with Leeks ($46), new starters such as Spicy beer-steamed Shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon ($26), and down-to-earth dessert options including Cousin Debbie’s Carrot Cake and an Old School Chocolate Layer Cake ($15).

Pre-Order Picnic Boxes
Picnic Boxes are not exclusive to any seat and offer a great portable dinner option. Choose between four complete picnic boxes including The All American, which features Fried Chicken with buttermilk dressing, Coleslaw, Cornbread with honey butter, and Cousin Debbie’s Carrot Cake ($54).
Items can be pre-ordered by 6 p.m. the night before and picked up at the plaza or delivered to your box seats. Honestly, there is so much food that you could split one between two people and order some Street Food if you get hungry.
Street Food
Mobile Ordering is a super cool feature returning this season. You can scan a QR code or visit the website to order while you’re at The Bowl. This minimizes time spent in line and unnecessary crowding. See which Street Food Option you prefer below and make that your pick-up point.
Kitchen 22
Kitchen 22 specializes in made-to-order Burgers, Suzanne’s Spanish Fried Chicken, and Savory Sandwiches from the Larder Bakery. That includes the historic Grilled Comté Cheese on Larder sourdough.
Street Burritos
Located outside of Promenade 3, the Burrito Kiosk has become a fan favorite since 2025. Options include Vegan Burritos as well as a Chicken Tinga and a Burrito Braised Beef ($20-$24).
Pizza
The artisanal Pizzas feature Larder Baking Company dough and come in flavors like Margherita and Pepperoni, and round off at 8.5 inches ($22).
Suzanne’s Fried Chicken
This is from 2023 and features Suzanne Goin’s famous Chicken, but in a bucket. It comes complete with sides of cornbread, coleslaw, and sauces like house-made ranch and honey. It also can be made vegan. Best of all you can buy Full Bottles of Wine at this kiosk too.

Snacks
If you just feel like a light nosh, there are Snack Kiosks around, like Chao’s Popcorn Stand. Hot Dogs are also available throughout the bowl. Visit The Sweet Shop for desserts like Magpies Softserve in flavors like Sweet Cream with Oreo and Malted Milk Chocolate with cookie crumble.

Marketplaces
There are three Marketplace spaces on the Plaza to choose from: The Plaza, Marketplace East, and Buzz McCoy’s Marketplace (West). The South LA Cafe also operates daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and during performances. These spots are designed for a quick-pick-up or to curate an entire meal yourself.
The Plaza Marketplace
This is meant to be your one-stop shop for DIY picnicking. Think Sandwiches, Salads, Wine, and Desserts. You can also pre-order a Picnic Box here if you feel inspired.
Marketplace East
This is your spot for all of the above, as well as Sushi by Seaweed in Glendale, Magpies Softserve, and Food + Wine’s Larder Board of Charcuterie.
Buzz McCoy’s Marketplace (West)
Here, you’ll find Grab and Go Items like Chips, along with Sushi, a variety of Sweets, and Drinks.

Restaurants
There are three restaurants to choose from: The Backyard, Ann’s Wine Bar, and Lucques at the Circle.
The Backyard
This al fresco dining area offers wood-grilled and seasonal market-driven items. New items for this season include Hamachi Aquachile with ginger, avocado, fresnos, stone fruit, and puffed black rice; Mexican Sea Bass with marinated eggplant; and a Rib Eye Steak with huitlacoche pudding and wild mushrooms.
Reservations are encouraged.

Ann’s Wine Bar by A.O.C.
Ann’s Wine Bar is like a miniature A.O.C. restaurant perched atop the Hollywood Bowl. The wine program, carefully curated by Caroline Styne, pairs perfectly with the most iconic dishes from Suzanne Goin’s A.O.C. restaurant on West 3rd Street. The menu reads like large plates, but everything is meant for sharing and served family-style in tapas portions.

Begin the meal with a new Focaccia of Roasted tomatoes, Spanish chorizo, jalapeño and mahon cheese, or the restaurant’s signature Bacon-Wrapped Dates and Parmesan.

The produce is so fresh you’ll swear the farm is just on the other side of the bowl! My personal favorite is the Stone Fruit & Arugula Salad which for 2026 comes with triple crème toasts, marconas and arbol honey instead of the lentils pictured below.

The Market Fish for 2026 comes with a side of potato-tomato gratin, wild herbs, and rouilleis, while the classic Hanger Steak is served with arugula, calabrian chili butter, and breadcrumbs.

After all this food you probably can’t even fathom Dessert – but the good news is you can just bring it to the show! The same goes for Wine, so splurge and get the whole bottle. You’ll save money in the long run. The Bittersweet Chocolate Torta with Vanilla Whip & Chocolate Chip Crumbs deserves a standing ovation.

Space is limited, so reservations are required, and it’s best to enjoy your meal before the concert, or at least before the headlining act takes the stage. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a pre-theatre meal, because the restaurant does its best to make sure you’re in your seats when you want to be.

Lucques at the Circle
The Hollywood Bowl prides itself on still having $1 tickets available for many performances in the upper deck, but for an average of $625 a ticket, you can sit right in front in an area known as The Pool Circle. Subscribers to this section also have access to elite dining called Lucques at the Circle. New items for this season include a Buttered Lobster Roll on a toasted bun with olive oil chips and Pasta à la norma with Eggplant. There’s also a decadent Ossetra Royal Caviar as a supplement.
Drinks
The Wine Program by Caroline Styne has expanded to include more Canned Wine offerings, as well as Biodynamic and Non-Alcoholic wines. Look for producers like The Wonderland Project as well as The Hitching Post – which you may remember from the movie Sideways.
For a treat, visit the Hillside Bar space for wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks.

Your Own Food
Can’t decide what to eat at the Hollywood Bowl? How about your own food? There are 14 different picnic areas open hours before the concert starts, and you can even eat in your seats! Grab a $1 ticket way in the back, and you might even be able to take advantage of eating on top of other people’s unoccupied seats (they do have close to 18,000).
Whatever you choose, just be sure to go out and enjoy the feeling that comes from sharing a concert and meal with like-minded Angelenos.
Secrets of the Bowl
Did you know you could be drinking wine for free? Just visit on a Wednesday, one hour before showtime, and participate in Winemaker Wednesdays. There you can sample new sips and meet the people behind the bottles. Sundays feature a similar offering with the Sunday Market Tasting Series, which takes place an hour before the Concert begins. Tickets to that evening’s performance are required for entry. This is a 16-week series with dates coming soon.
Notable artists coming to The Hollywood Bowl this season include the below. And all tickets are discounted:
- Paul Simon on June 7th
- Rod Stewart on June 10th
- Opening Night with Hugh Jackman on June 20th
- The Hollywood Jazz Festival over the weekend of June 13th
- The Beach Boys over the July 4th weekend with fireworks
- And some throwbacks for us 90s kids, Blues Traveler on July 18th, and Counting Crows for two nights beginning August 7th.
There’s also a KCRW Festival Event almost every month on a Sunday, including July 12th, that features the Music of Wes Anderson Films. Keep it classy with LA Phil’s Classical Concerts on weekdays as we celebrate Gustavo Dudamel’s time as the conductor of The Los Angeles Philharmonic.
Did you know that if you take advantage of the Hollywood Bowl Park & Ride or Shuttle Bus? Your ticket will get you 20% off purchases at the Hollywood Bowl Plaza Marketplace? This includes Wine.

Hi guys,
Just read your article about places where to get food when going to the Hollywood bowl and wanted to reach you out because I own a small baking business which is literally 3 min walk from the bowl. It’s called CanneLa and I make cannelés, a traditional French pastry with a caramelized exterior and a custardy interior. They’re delicious and 5 stars rated 🙂
More infos available at https://CanneLA.net it’s a cute business ! 🙂
thanks for your attention!
